abit of和a bit的区别主要在于含义及用法上。a bit of的中文含义为“有点儿、有几分、稍微”，后面接名词；a bit的中文含义为“一会儿、片刻、稍稍”，不能直接修饰名词，可修饰动词、形容词、副词、介词短语或比较级，是非正式用语。
